CAMAJE is open on New Year's Eve for two seatings at 6:30 PM and 9:30 PM. We are serving a four-course prix-fixe dinner with a champagne toast for $70. Treat your taste buds to a sumptuous meal of Roasted New Potatoes with Lobster Mousse and Caviar, "Confit" of Wild Salmon wrapped in Leeks, Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Leg of Lamb with White Beans and Roasted Tomatoes, and Glorified Rice (a Swedish Good Luck in the New Year Dessert) served with Chocolate Covered Raspberries.
