Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is subject to, and incorporates our Terms of Use. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket.

All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final and non-transferable. Refunds, for the face value of the ticket only, will be issued in the case the Event is fully cancelled or postponed. For all refunds please send your request and original receipt to sales@noo.com within 7 calendar days after the date of the Event. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances if we do not hear from you within 7 calendar days of the Event. If an event is oversold by its organizers additional documents will be required to issue a refund including proof of denial of entry. Any convenience, handling or shipping charges will not be refunded in any case. Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed.

The Venue shall be responsible for granting admission to their Event, given that you possess a valid physical ticket or e-ticket, along with a valid form of identification, and you conform to the evening's dress code and codes of conduct. If the Event has age restrictions, you are responsible for providing a valid form of identification. noo makes no guarantees of admission, as Venue management reserves the right, without refund of this ticket, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.

e-Tickets

Each e-ticket will only be valid if the person on the ticket is present with valid ID and the credit card used to make the purchase. Purchaser acknowledges that the name(s) entered on the order form are accurate. No refunds will be given if a venue does not grant admission because the names on the e-tickets did not exactly match the ID presented at the Event.
