We are delighted to offer you an exclusive opportunity to enjoy the celebrations from a unique viewpoint on the River Thames. At midnight, The Silver Sturgeon, a stunning 21st Century yacht will moor close to The London Eye and Big Ben where guests will hear the chimes of Midnight and celebrate with a glass of Champagne.

The Silver Sturgeon is the spectacular flagship of the internationally renowned Silver Fleet. Her luxurious, spacious interior and spectacular views, combine with first class cuisine and service to bring you a truly unique experience.  Inside there is a stylish 150sqm open air teak deck with a Veuve-Clicquot Champagne bar with a spectacular glass roof providing a unique view on London on New Yeas Eve. 

Guests will be welcomed on board with a champagne reception followed by a sumptuous gourmet menu exclusively created by "rhubarb" served with fine wine and coffee. Each course is freshly cooked and prepared on board and served by knowledgeable and attentive waiting staff, who will also be on hand to serve drinks throughout the evening from the fully stocked bar. The atmosphere will be enhanced by one of London's top DJ's with disco and dancing following dinner and the party will continue right through to 1.30am when you will return to Savoy Pier for disembarkation.

The Silver Sturgeon will be limited to 340 passengers for New Year's Eve and this really is THE London New Year's Eve experience.

First Course

"rhubarb's" Lobster Thermidor with a salad of Jerusalem artichokes and salsify served with a Parmesan wafer
and Scottish lobster

Vegetarian alternative

"rhubarb's" Truffled crumble with pumpkin, salsify and celeriac served with a heirloom beetroot and green bean salad

Main Course

"rhubarb's" 28 day aged fillet of beef Rossini with foie gras, globe artichoke, pommes mousseline, steamed spinach and sauce Périgourdine

Vegetarian alternative

Globe artichoke Royale, cauliflower purée, cannelloni of wild mushroom, parsnip crisps and morel velouté


Black forest trifle with griottine cherries, kirsch ice cream and a gilded chocolate shard

“rhubarb’s” Petits fours to include:
spiced cookies, mulled fruit jellies, glittered peppermints, chocolate whiskey fudge and champagne truffles
