Wilson officially opened its doors on Thursday May 24th 2007 in the heart of the International Square in Old Montreal. Wilson has rapidly become an address to remember for those who are in search of a trendy yet classy spot to indulge in the creations of the kitchen’s market cuisine and the very best in grilled Angus meats and seafood.

Always finding ways to please their clientele, Wilson announced in August 2008 that International Chef David Adjey will be joining their staff as of September 2008. Following the trends in New York, L.A., Las Vegas, this will mark the first time in Montreal’s history that an international chef of such acclaim will be implicated in a project of this allure and along with Executive Chef Nacim Laouli, they plan on reinventing market cuisine to a whole new level.

David Adjey is best known for:
- Being named Best New Chef in California by the celebrated Frommer’s Guide
- Having appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno
- As the star of the hit show, Restaurant Makeover, on the Food Network
- Personal Chef to actor Dan Akroyd
- Author of Deconstructing the Dish, a bestseller
- Star of a new show Food Network series, Restaurant 101 with David Adjey, to air in 2008/2009 and much more.

After dinner is served, prepare to groove to the best of 80's/90's/Top 40/Sexy RnB & Classic House music by resident Dj Jack. Wilson was the first SUPPERCLUB in Montreal to sell out last year so don't miss this wonderful evening in a superb location.
