Launching their takeover with a Vegas/Cirque du Soleil inspired NYE special 'CIRQUE', the group are hosting a stream of circulating Friday and Saturday pop-up club nights at the iconic venue throughout January and February 2011.

Alex Proud states, 'I am thrilled to run a number of speculative events at this iconic venue starting with New Year's Eve. I wanted our Proud @ Matter nights to offer clubbers something completely different; bringing Vegas style clubbing to London with a combination of theatrical shows, live music and big name DJs in a venue that aims not only to serve our customers but take care of them!"
