BYPA's 6th Annual Global Gala: New Year's Eve in Paris at The Liberty Hotel Sponsored by Lindt Chocolates is a black tie, upscale, lavish event with Super Premium Bars, Gourmet Food, a DJ playing all your favorite dance tunes, and Lindt Chocolates gift bags for all attendees!

ENTERTAINMENT

A Great DJ - DJ Holtie from Holtie Productions, a popular Boston party DJ well known at clubs in Boston like McFadden's and the Middle East and also well known at clubs in NYC - will be playing all your favorite hits for great dancing on the Parisian Ballroom Dance Floor from 10pm-2am!

VENUE

The Liberty Hotel is located at the base of Beacon Hill directly in the old Charles Street Jail, which once housed some of Boston's most notorious criminals. Now a National Historic Landmark and fully renovated in 2007, they are renowned for their amazing food, spectacular service, and unique decor. Listed as one of the Leading Hotels of the World, a distinction shared by only 57 hotels in the United States, all world-famous for their service and style, the Liberty Hotel also received the distinction of being the Best New Business Hotel in 2008 by Fortune Magazine. And since the hotel's opening, celebrities have been flocking. Bruce Willis lived there while filming his latest movie, and Kate Hudson, Mick Jagger, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan have all been spotted. The Liberty Hotel is currently the most sought after party destination in Boston.

DECOR
You will find the French theme throughout the party, from the dress of the staff, to the NINE FOOT MODEL EIFFEL TOWER on display in the ballroom. There will be old fashioned Parisian Street Lights and and the amazing ambiance of the Liberty Hotel Ballroom to bring it all together!

DRESS

Creative Black Tie. Gentlemen-tuxedos are requested, but suits are acceptable. Jackets are required. Ladies - it's your chance to dress up! *Creative Black Tie entails evening dresses, ball gowns or evening dress pants sets for ladies, and tuxedoes or suits for gentlemen. No jeans, t shirts, or otherwise inappropriate attire.

Special tuxedo rental rates available at all Classic Tuxedo for 50% off the rental rates or $45, $75 and $100 (regularly $89.95, $150 and $200). You may also receive 50% off purchased tuxedos. HOTEL

Rooms are available for at the Liberty for $250 per night (Typically selling for $299-$500 per night.) All guests shall make reservations directly to the Liberty Hotel @ xxx-xxx-xxxx on an individual basis, identifying themselves as members of BOSTON YPA NYE PARTY ROOM BLOCK. Reservations must be made no later than 5pm on December xx. (Updates on days and contact information coming soon.)

LIMOUSINES

Special 6 and 8 passenger limousine rental rates available at After Hours Limousine for $375 or $475 for a five hour package(normally $400 and $500.) This includes driver gratuity. 14 passenger limo-coach available with stereo system, bathroom and refrigerator for special rate of $980 for a six hour package (normally $1,200.) TRANSPORTATION

As you know, roads will be closed for First Night, so we recommend taking public transportation unless you intend to arrive very early. The MBTA is providing extra transit services throughout the First Night Festivities and will be offering free service after 8:00 p.m. The MBTA is well prepared to transport First Night participants in and out of Boston safely and efficiently and urges travelers to take the T to avoid traffic and parking hassles.
